Our Barely Bandit pendant shines in a delicate shade of green. The prehnite stone is subtly beautiful, yet always eye-catching, making it the perfect companion for any occasion. Its understated setting highlights a modern, stylish design that suits every skin tone. We use only high-quality prehnite stones, and each one is a unique natural masterpiece.

Prehnite:

Prehnite is considered a powerful protective stone and promotes awareness and perception of oneself and one's surroundings. It has a calming and clarifying effect on the soul. It helps one unwind and devote themselves to leisure activities with full energy.

Color:

Prehnite is a delicate green. Its milky white, crystalline inclusions are typical. Prehnite exhibits a vitreous to pearly luster, with a transparency ranging from transparent to translucent.
In our Silver Edition we also use Prehnite stones, which have a stronger green and black linear inclusions.

Shipping time

Our EPiC Jewelry pieces are handmade and usually ready for shipment within 1 – 5 working days. We pack all our jewellery ourselves and with great attention to Detail. Environmentally friendly packaging and sustainability are important to us. All our jewellery boxes are FSC certified and free of plastic.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automaticShipping confirmation by Email with information about your shipment number. With this you can trace your EPiC Jewelry package at any time.

Delivery is made with DPD or Österreichische Post AG.Austria: 1-2 Business Days. Germany: 2-4 Working Days.Should you have special requests or questions about your order or need support, contactus anytime!Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur on the part of the deliverer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for this and ask for your patience in the given case.

Shipping

Free shipping from € 100,- / € 150,-. The shipping costs within Austria amount to € 4,90,- within Germany to € 10,-. if the value of the goods falls below € 100,- / € 150 ,- due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€ 4,90 AT/€ 10,- DE) will be retained. Outside of Austria and Germany, the shipping costs vary depending on the respective shipping location and will be charged during the payment process. Furthermore, when shipping to non – EU countries, there may be additional payments such as taxes, customs duties or other goods to be paid by the buyer to the respective state.These costs may not be covered by EPiC Jewelry (or the Driftwood Design GmbH).

Self-pickup

To save not only your wallet but also the environment, click on self-collection when shipping.As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail and can send your jewellery to us in Store pick up at Burggasse 34, 1070 Vienna.PS: this also works during the lockdown, please just send us a message via our contact form!

Exchange

Do you need a different size or have you decided for a different piece of jewelry? No Problem, we will gladly exchange your Design! Please send us an e-mail with your wishes and order number to shop@epic-jewelry.com and return your order to the following address: Dirftwood Design GmbH / EPiC JEWELRY, iz-NÖ-SÜD, Straße 3, Objekt 35, a-2351 Wr. Neudorf, Austria.

Please note: Costs for the new shipment of exchanged goods shall be borne by the customer. Reduced-price items are excluded from exchange or return.

Refund

If you are not happy with your selection, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Sustainability and environmental protection are important to us, therefore we do not offer free returns and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept non-free returns. These are returned to the sender. If the value of the goods falls below €100 for free deliveries, the usual Shipping costs withheld at the refund (€4.90 AT / € 10,- DE).

Return policy

Please pay attention to the perfect return of the products. Only undamaged, unsupported products in the product original packaging will be refunded by US. Please pay attention to a stable packaging to ensure a safe return transport. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we cannot assume any liability for lost packages. Please keep your invoice and tracking well until you receive the refund.
