General

We use pure, high-quality materials in all of our lines that will accompany you on all your adventures. No staining, discoloration, etc. Nevertheless, it is important to take good care of your jewelry so that it looks like new for a long time. Therefore, please read the information and care instructions for the respective material!

Brass

Our brass designs are the roots of our EPiC Jewelry and suitable for any adventure. Due to the matt surface no tarnishing is possible. The antique finish gives our designs the unique EPiC look.

Care: For storage, we recommend a dry place protected from light. Our EPiC Jewelry cloth bags or our EPiC Jewelry Box are best suited for this purpose. If you should find green stains on your jewelry due to humidity or other external influences, you can easily remove them with the green side of a kitchen sponge.

Important: Please note that this may only be done for designs with a brass - matte / antique surface. With polished or gold-plated designs, the rough side of the sponge would scratch the surface!

Silver

Our silver designs are made of pure 925 silver (sterling silver) and have a tarnish protection. Your EPiC Silver Jewelry can also be worn while swimming and bathing in the sea without staining or changing color!Care: For storage, we recommend a dry, light-protected place, preferably well stored in your EPiC Jewelry Box. If you want to get your jewelry back to its original shine after a long period of time, we recommend polishing your jewelry with a standard silver polishing cloth.

14k Gold

Our fine gold line is made of pure 14 carat yellow gold. We use only the highest quality materials, real diamonds, rubies and emeralds adorn our delicate beauties.

Care: Our 14k designs are very fine and delicate, this should also be considered when wearing them daily. Please take them off when working in the house or garden so that they do not bend.

Gold plated Brass / gold plated Silver

With our gold-plated designs you will have pleasure for a very long time. Gold plating is produced in a high-quality process. We use 18k or 24k real Gold and coatings from 2 to 5 microns thick. This makes our jewelry extremely durable and there is no discoloration! In addition, the majority of our gold plating is provided with a tarnish protection.

Care: Gold plated designs require special attention and care. Please do not wear gold-plated designs while doing housework, gardening, sports, showering, bathing or sauna. It would also be good to store your jewelry in the EPiC Jewelry Box provided. Please note that make-up, hand creams and perfumes can also damage the coating of your jewelry. If you are not going to wear your jewelry for an extended period of time, please store it in your EPiC Jewelry Box, protected from the sun, dry and airtight.

If there are any impurities, they are best removed with warm soapy water. Please rinse and dry your jewelry thoroughly (do not rub). Furthermore you can polish your jewelry with a soft cloth, e.g. made of cotton jersey of the length in one direction to eliminate discoloration by tarnishing.

Our EPiC Jewelry pieces are handmade and usually ready for shipment within 1 – 5 working days. We pack all our jewellery ourselves and with great attention to Detail. Environmentally friendly packaging and sustainability are important to us. All our jewellery boxes are FSC certified and free of plastic.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automaticShipping confirmation by Email with information about your shipment number. With this you can trace your EPiC Jewelry package at any time.

Delivery is made with DPD or Österreichische Post AG.Austria: 1-2 Business Days. Germany: 2-4 Working Days.Should you have special requests or questions about your order or need support, contactus anytime!Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur on the part of the deliverer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for this and ask for your patience in the given case.

Shipping

Free shipping from € 100,- / € 150,-. The shipping costs within Austria amount to € 4,90,- within Germany to € 10,-. if the value of the goods falls below € 100,- / € 150 ,- due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€ 4,90 AT/€ 10,- DE) will be retained. Outside of Austria and Germany, the shipping costs vary depending on the respective shipping location and will be charged during the payment process. Furthermore, when shipping to non – EU countries, there may be additional payments such as taxes, customs duties or other goods to be paid by the buyer to the respective state.These costs may not be covered by EPiC Jewelry (or the Driftwood Design GmbH).

Exchange

Do you need a different size or have you decided for a different piece of jewelry? No Problem, we will gladly exchange your Design! Please send us an e-mail with your wishes and order number to shop@epic-jewelry.com and return your order to the following address: Dirftwood Design GmbH / EPiC JEWELRY, iz-NÖ-SÜD, Straße 3, Objekt 35, a-2351 Wr. Neudorf, Austria.

Please note: Costs for the new shipment of exchanged goods shall be borne by the customer. Reduced-price items are excluded from exchange or return.

Refund

If you are not happy with your selection, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Sustainability and environmental protection are important to us, therefore we do not offer free returns and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept non-free returns. These are returned to the sender. If the value of the goods falls below €100 for free deliveries, the usual Shipping costs withheld at the refund (€4.90 AT / € 10,- DE).

Return policy

Please pay attention to the perfect return of the products. Only undamaged, unsupported products in the product original packaging will be refunded by US. Please pay attention to a stable packaging to ensure a safe return transport. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we cannot assume any liability for lost packages. Please keep your invoice and tracking well until you receive the refund.
