Please note: Costs for the new shipment of exchanged goods shall be borne by the customer. Reduced-price items are excluded from exchange or return.
Refund
If you are not happy with your selection, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Sustainability and environmental protection are important to us, therefore we do not offer free returns and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept non-free returns. These are returned to the sender. If the value of the goods falls below €100 for free deliveries, the usual Shipping costs withheld at the refund (€4.90 AT / € 10,- DE).
Return policy
Please pay attention to the perfect return of the products. Only undamaged, unsupported products in the product original packaging will be refunded by US. Please pay attention to a stable packaging to ensure a safe return transport. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we cannot assume any liability for lost packages.
